Rachel, drugs and the authorities
If you are doing something that is consensual and hurts no one, and people with guns take it upon themselves to interfere, then why is it Rachel's fault again?
If someone made a law that I wasn't allowed to sleep between the hours of 5-9 PM and that I needed a government form to invite someone over for a slumber party I would ignore both rules. Same rationale applies to rules about adults and consensual drug use - ignore the rules when possible, subvert them when they cannot be ignored. The rules are illegal and should be scorned.
