Unfortunately you're right. As an ex-law enforcement officer, I can tell you I DO! These jerks in West Virginia move with impunity out here. I'm not from here. They've tried some of their crap on me and they found out that it doesn't work very well. These guys plant evidence, lie under oath, make up search consents, ignore 4th amendment statements, lose video and audio from their cruisers...just like the big cities!
If you get stopped...assert your rights! Turn your cell on "record"
if you can and let it run. Assemble 10 to 15 people at a time and video tape...all of you!!...video tape traffic stops...don't try to hide it. Start a blog for news and contribute to it. You're now a member of the press! Screw these jack booted thugs!
