Cops Harass the homeless & poor
In most cities its a $400 to $1600 ticket for sleeping on the streets!
guess who pays? Not the homeless, Tax payers who allow it do.
Not everyone who lives on the streets is a drunk or dope addict or a thief, I would like more information on how to protect what little freedom the poor have & stop the gestapo Cops.
I also keep hearing LICENSE?
I know a bit of Law & think everyone living in America
needs to purchase a BLACKS LAW DICTIONARY (6th edition)
& learn what words mean.
