Policing the Police
Here is what you do.
Put a webcam on your dash, facing the driver window. It need not be active.
When the asshat cop starts abusing you, you say, pointing to the cam:
Sir, do you see the camera and microphone that is pointed at you? Please address me in a respectful manner, as you work for me. That camera is constantly uploading wirelessly to my website, and if you interfere with it or destroy it, that illegal act will not change my compiled evidence against you. Now, what do you want with me?
