You're missing one fundamenta

You're missing one fundamental point here. Aside from the teacher, all of the other people you mentioned ARE NOT public servants. If I vidoetape my lawyer or mechanic, I am on his private property. He has the right to say that I cannot videotape on his property. Police officers, however, work on public property with a public duty. It is my constitutional right to videotape that officer while he is in the commision of his public duty. If he does not want to have a publicly funded job in which he is accountable to the public (who pays him), he should have taken up private law practice or mechanics, not police work
