As it stands, I have no clue what you are talking about, but will assume it is as follows, based on what you posted:
You were working out, while not on probation, and some owner of something, the guy in charge of something, said you were drunk. So, the police take you to the station where they may, or may not have arrested you, may or may not have charged you with a crime, and may or may not have detained you. I'm assuming because of the handcuffs, you were detained.
You may be able to sue your high school. I don't think they did their job with you.
