had a client got nifonged

My firm represented an individual in a bankruptcy case who was deposed four times by US attorneys who thought he had committed bankruptcy fraud. I'm convinced they kept setting him for serial depositions because they couldn't make a case on the facts, and hoped he would balk so they could claim attempt. It was OK, though, since I had them in front of a bankruptcy judge to get everything--including my client's almost servile cooperation--on the record. Judge was disgusted--
