Prosecuters and their scumbag investigators
I was recently charged with 4 felony from a real estate transaction the people were licnsed agents sold me a peice of property then claimed they did not I have been in civil litigation for almost a year when these scum bags go to the D/A and file a complaint to gain an advantage in the civil case all charges are false and the people who filed against me are involved in a flipping with straw purchasers defrauding banks the D/A star whitness the people call the investigator and say I was harrasing them and they are afraid the investigator goes to the D/A he goes to a judge and get an arrest warrent issued with 250,000 bail I have never been charged with anything in my life I find out about the warrent and it turn out I was not even in the city when these people say the harrasment occured I was arrested anyway even though I had a signed sworn statment from the family I was with there 18,700 outstanding felony warrents and the investigator from the D/A shows up at my house with 6 San Diego deputies and arrest me at the arraignment hearing the D/A calls me a bully even though we have never met tells my lawyer he want me to go to prison wants to raise my bail from 250,000 to 500,000 the judge sets it at 75,000 I remind you I have never been accused of anything before and it cost me $5,000 for the attorney $7,500 for bail and the D/ A whitness is the criminal the reason for this is that I wrote to the Grand Jury and asked for the D/A to be investigated for corruption and the D/A and his investigator are upset. this is going to cost me a fortune and that is what it is all about arrogant peices of shit who answer to no one and if you try to exercise your rights they do exactly what they are trying to do to me ruin me and my family the reason they issued the warrent was based on false information given by there criminal whitness I wasn't even in the city and it cost me $7,500 and I have to wait until trial to be herd where is the justice the crooks have the D/A in there back pocket and the dumb fucks don't even know it not only are the D/A's corrupt they are also stupid I will prevail but at what cost every time I stand up and say im inosent it gets worse.
