i have been the 'victim' of prosecutorial bullshit and i live in california... you DA's tack on tons of bogus charges knowing that the defendants cashflow to his attorney will present a 'well lets plea bargain' cause i cant afford to drag this on any longer..
its a widespread epidemic.. period..
i was jerked out of my truck at gunpoint by a CHP after i refused to consent to a vehicle search.. why did he ask for permission if he had probable cause? ill be damned if the DA pressed charges.... the charges are irrelevant for my rant here... after 2 two years in court i finally plea bargained, and ended up mowing lawns for the fuckin assholes instead of going to jail... nuff said..
