"I used BUSTED in my criminal procedure class. It was a big hit! The students felt it was a great way to review the course materials and several asked if they could have a video. Ill be teaching this class again next year and plan to show your video on the first day of class -- which my students felt would be a real attention-getter. Thanks for the video!" What Are 'Gang Banger' Clothes? Who decides that? Stopping people for wearing certain clothes? Like if I wear blue in the wrong neighborhood I waive my constitutional rights?
Yeah, we're against police stopping people for things that aren't illegal.
The reason we're against police stopping people for things that aren't illegal is because the constitution says police must have evidence of a crime in order to stop people.
Clothes are not evidence of a crime. Clothes are clothes. It would be a crime not to wear clothes.
