Scott,

I generally agree with you on prosecutorial conduct and I speak from the experience of seeing it abused on Italian Americans but your defending your point by putting words in the mouth of some virtual RPA would, to quote a previous blog entry of yours, give you an "F" in philosophy 101. Why not give the chance to someone on the line to defend the number of stops of black people?
