The above statement about White River Jct. stop is for the purpose of immigration (sapposed terrorism) and is there on a daily basis with no rest areas even near the Jcts. of I-89 and I-91. Although I do expect if any other state will try it in the East- it will be in the no rights State of VT on I-91, where they alter videotape pullovers and force statements. Not that your hearing will be any different since the judges have cues which they will give the transciptionist (like asking if the transcriptionist got that?)where lines are omitted from the courts' record.
